"Good: First off this apartment is super convenient to convention center and beach. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. Bad: Not handicap accessible as a former handicap person it's something I pay attention to. The toilet is oriented in such a way that is hard to get on to this was a complaint everyone in the house had. The beds meh. The sun porch is...

"Condo was very comfortable and well situated to various activities on the DE coast. The kitchen was great for cooking and the living room area nicely set up for relaxing and TV time. Would definitely stay here again!"
