7.4/10 Good! (1,376 reviews)
The room was small, but okay for a single room.
The en-suite bathroom was absolutely impossible though. It was almost impossible to step into the bathroom and close the door without having to step into the shower and close the door then.
Smallest bathroom I've ever seen anywhere.
The water in the shower was a drip at best and took almost five minutes to turn warm.
But it was clean and staff were nice.

8.4/10 Very Good! (1,218 reviews)
Very clean, very small rooms. Showers only, but you have a private bathroom and a quiet room. Its compact, quaint, old European, but comfortable and clean and the staff are lovely. They serve a decent , small breakfast buffet with plenty of selections in a small dining room that is only open for breakfast. Great neighborhood, 'Earls Court', tube nearby, seems safe. Plenty of food and beverages near by in pubs and restaurants. A good hotel district with a variety of options. The hotel staff are polite, caring & personable. Great people, lovely to deal with. Rates are reasonable, great for a clean respectable, safe roof over your head.

8/10 Very Good! (1,005 reviews)
"Our room was fine for our one night stay apart from the noise coming from the extractor fan in the room. At first it was just a slight annoyance but after waking in the middle of the night to an almighty racket it became insufferable. I had to go to reception to complain but was told there was nothing ..."
