"Parking was an issue in Devizes but we had a good tip from the proprietor The room was wonderful - great breeker - shame no bar/ restaurant but the hotel for a local Italian which was superb was spot on "

"Staff were lovely. It has been a beautiful house in its day a little tired in places. Nicely decorated with fairly spacious bedroom room and bathroom. Clean throughout and room service cleaned and replaced tea and coffee daily. Warm and comfortable suited us well for exploring Wiltshire "

"The staff were amazing, the room was clean and the food was tasty. It's located right in the heart of the town, so the antiques shops were moments away and I had a blast. There's a super convenient long term car park by the train station with a foot path that comes out right near the hotel so it was easy to park and bring bags in. Can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. It was a busy weekend and they were possibly understaffed but all did a great job. "

"Te staff at checkin were excellent, showed us to our room, and made sure we had everything we needed. Evening meal in the pub, was cooked fresh & very tasty. Breakfast was also cooked fresh. All in all an excellent stay at a very interesting venue."
