「Be aware the venue's also a wedding venue & wedding guests will take priority over your booking & your room will be downgraded if the management feel the need. I booked an Executive Suite 2 weeks before my stay which should have been in the main building or Coach House, but 72-48 hours prior I was notified there'd be a wedding disco taking place in the Vendange Suite until 12am & that I may well end up in a room above it, which is exactly what happened. 「The hotel is very tired, but the owners are trying to tidy it up and decorate. The facilities in the bedroom were poor, nowhere to hang clothes, curtains don't close tv didn't work. Having said that, it is only rated a 2 star and I will certainly stay again both for the quirkiness and the lovely staff.」

「Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit! 「Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! 」

「We arrived around 5:00Pm, for a long weekend the wether was stormy. We struggled to find the place as it is in the middle of nowhere next to a farmhouse. The layout was good with ample space but there’s no shower gels or hand washing soap in bathrooms. Heating stopped working the next day. Tried contacting the Sykes office and unable to get through. 「We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent.」
