「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「I tend to book last minute, and I never hesitate to book at one of the Cleveland Residences. Above all, the team makes the difference. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests, and someone is always either physically present at the property or a phone call away. Highly recommend.」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. 「Well I want to be honest and say I haven’t travelled in a long time so full disclaimer I may be out of touch with staying in new and hip places. Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense. The neighborhood is safe and its situated in a great location to eat and get anything you need but there is no receptionist or on-site person to talk to directly.
