「Very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. The self-check-in kiosks were not working for me and several other guests, which created a long line. To make matters worse, there was only one employee handling check-ins, so it took an unreasonably long time just to get our room. Unfortunately, things did not improve after check-in.
