「Check in was the best part. Speedy and accurate. After that, we got to the room to plug in a lamp with no bulb. And to put our cooler stuff and refrigerator medications into the small fridge. The blinds in the room were outdated and hard to operate. Being one door away from the pool, we had kids and other guests slamming doors and running up and down the hallway. 「We did not use many amenities in the room. We checked in and there was very loud music "base" noise right below our room so it was unbearable to stay in the room. This music continued until after 10pm. The pavilion across the street continued to have loud music well after 11pm. When I asked the desk person about the music, her comment was "well, we have a bar". Never stay here! You will be very uncomfortable and disappointed.」
