「Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. 「The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. 」
