「I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

「It was a great stay」

「Very relaxing getaway for the night! Room was very comfortable, balcony and fireplace were a nice touch. Breakfast was great and Chair 5 was a great place to grab a drink and watch the sunset. Can’t wait to go back again!」

「Wonderful Hotel」

「 location is excellent. 」

「The staff is very helpful and the concept of the property is nice, however the property needs improvements, the pillows are hard as rocks, the rooms are ok and the breakfast it is not full meal and the options are very limited and poor. The place have potential because indeed it is nice, but need attention to details, maixtenance and basic organization to be at an acceptable level and beyond.」

「the staff was helpful and very friendly」

「We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise. No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...

「The innnkeeper was warm and nice, they could answer every questions. Also the breakfast was yummy and nice too! Love it.」

「The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Our room was very clean and comfortable. And I loved that there were ceiling fans! We were VERY spoiled with the continental breakfast delivered to our door each morning. It was such a treat. I highly recommend the black iced tea and the butter cake....my husband misses his daily yogurt parfaits. We even told our 21 year old daughter that she should start doing that for us each day, but she wasn't very receptive to the idea! We loved that...

「Nice cozy stay.」

「Allie gave great customer service. We love the views and the indoor pool. The rooms are also very spacious.」

「Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. When we woke in the morning to find no water, it was hard to get ahold of anyone, as the phone number is someone’s cell phone + they have you call a different number outside of 9-9 + you have to try to write down a different number from the...
