Great option, recently renewed and fair priced. Room was clean, TV worked fine and check in was super easy. The restaurant/brewery next door was a plus, great food and service, on top of local delicious beer options.

Room is very clean and staff were very nice! The only thing we wish it had were curtains on the window as the outside lights shined into the room all night, the blinds on the windows were not enough.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Would be nice if they had coffee and tea in the rooms. The beds were not comfortable at all. And construction on road it was on was going on all night from 9pm to 5am and sounded like a lot of banging and a freight train. Did not get any sleep:(

We stayed here for the central location. The motel was as expected based on the pictures. Old but met the need for a quick stop. When we pulled in about 5pm, the lot was pretty empty which was a bit concerning. By night, it was full of folks like us needing a safe place to sleep. There is a frig with freezer and microwave. No coffee pot or ice machine on property which is always disappointing. The biggest win is the tavern in the same lot. It is bar food but by this point in our trip, we were ready for that kind of dinner. Wings, French dip sandwich and salad were great! We saw the burgers that others had and they looked so tasty as well. Family owned and friendly staff. Overall, the convenience made it a fine stop.

Very clean and quiet! Conveniently located close to Jamestown bridge and only 25 minutes to Narragansett Beach. Could use coffee machines, the blinds work well but also could use curtains. The parking lot is well lit which is good but some light bleeds in . They gave me a voucher for a free coffee from a shop close by and honestly it was very good! Everything seems new inside.
