"We can’t say enough about how exceptional this experience was for us. The family that own and operate the ryokan were unbelievably friendly and felt so welcoming. "The beds in this capsule hotel are really big and comfy. The only thing that I would recommend to them is the provision of wet sanitizing tissue to clean the toilet sitting before use. Luxurious, comfortable and great location
"We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and also had a sliding door separating the beds from the sink and bathroom and shower. The hotel provided pajamas, slippers and robes as well as complementary mineral water. Check-in was super easy. The front desk staff was very helpful, they spoke excellent English and helped us to schedule a cab to pick us up at 3:30 in the morning to head to the fish auction at the central market. The location was great and it was very easy to get to Osaka station to catch the train back to Tokyo. "
