"I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The only small issue was that there was no soap for the shower, but that was easily fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay."

"Big hotel, nice pool. Room was was spacious with a clean bathroom but the carpet in the room was absolutely filthy. Stains everywhere. I didn't want to walk around in the room and did use the provided paper slippers. Also the window did not seal-there was an actual gap, and the room faces the street so I had to sleep with earplugs. The rooms are average at best and the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved with some traditional breakfast meats and a dedicated omelette station. One thing I found very good was the hiring of the deaf for the positions that do not require regular verbal interaction."
