"The staff is very friendly and always welcoming to guests. They were very informative and helpful. Our room was generally clean and maintained well, but both of the beds smelled super mildewy. Housekeeping does not make daily rounds and will only clean rooms if you stay at least 5 nights. Additionally, there are no elevators and isn't very handicap friendly with no ramps. "The staff was excellent and came through in our extremely late check-in. Condo was fully stocked with cooking supplies, patio furniture, toilet paper, paper towel but no beach chairs, no beach mats, very limited dishwashing soap, one dishwasher pod, nothing to clean all the glass top or granite. Otherwise , a beautiful resort and lovely beach, walking trails. Would most definitely stay here again. Ma halo."
