"出迎えのいらっしゃいませの無く コロナ禍の対策も徹底の説明も無く 食事も冷めてて！ご飯もおかずが無くなってからご飯如何ですか？ 肉も色が悪いので写真撮りました ホテルの活気もなく 12000円税込 久しぶりに価値のないホテルでした 13年前に一度宿泊した時は素晴らしいホテルだったので残念でした"

"The room is quite small, tatami not comfortable, too hard and pillow too soft thus did not sleep well. Facility wise is good, got billard to play and spent the night."

"We just spent five weeks in Japan and are still talking about the food we ate here. It is nothing short of spectacular. We paid quadruple at other ryokans and this one had the best food, best location and the best onsens. It’s an older place with older, big onsens and for us that was the charm of it. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind. We went skiing one day and snowshoeing the next and ended up seeing a red fox each day. Really can’t recommend this...

"夕食献立のメインは十勝牛のステーキで満足しましたが、魚介は内陸らしく刺身よりむしろ川魚料理がよいと感じました。デザートのあずきと白玉団子のあんこがあっさり上品でおいしかったです。ベットの部屋でしたが、じゅうたんの一部が波打って、つまずきそうなのが気になりました。部屋置きの浴衣のサイズはジャストサイズでうれしかったです。湯浴み着も個室に置かれていると親切だったと思います。廊下の棚には１着もなかったので残念でした。"
