「Shower and cabinetry in the room looked like it needed cleaned. Breakfast was very poor. It went from 6-9;30. At 8:30 when we were there, they were out of almost everything except dry cereal, yogurt, a few muffins, and 3 apples. Little was done to bring out more food. Most people were standing around waiting for more, but ultimately left. All of that aside, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.」

「One of our favorite places to stay on our way through Michigan. Front staff are VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Property and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is better than most other places with scrambled eggs (not clear if box mix or just well scrambled), bacon strips (processed, but real meat), oatmeal, several choices of cereals, fresh bananas/apples, yogurt, waffles, and breads/toast. 「Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.」

「Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful.」

「Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors.」
