The layout is confusing and room depressing. Kitchen utensil is dirty (likely because they require guest to clean it and take out the gabagae on check out), dinning table is wabbly. pools are small. do not misled by the pictures and do not ruin your vacation by going there. Be fair, if you have an oceanfront suite, may have better feeling.

Home comforts great location

Great location on the Kona trolly line, with free parking. Comfortable space, really enjoyed our stay.

Liked that we were able to get a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with kitchen. Unit was older but clean. Beds were comfortable. Parking was convenient and we had no problems finding spaces. Enjoyed eating breakfast at the table on the patio. We had to move the table because the sprinklers left a large puddle in the middle of the patio but we made it work for us. Location of Club Wyndham Royal Sea Cliff was very central to the things we wanted to do.

Stunning view from ocean to mountain!

Absolutely exceptional clean, roomy, private and comfortable. The grounds were breathtaking and beautiful right on the Kona gold coastline of the Big Island every floor had a perfect view. Two pools to accommodate the guest and the sounds of the waves hitting the rock shoreline was music to my ears! A treat to enjoy this perfect location in the heart of Kona and not to far by car for shopping at Safeway or Walmart.

The grounds were beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring. Our suite was very large and clean but simple. There are two pools and one hot tub, but they don't open until 8:30am, which is too late when you are 4 hours ahead. The employees were very nice and accommodating.

Nothing was unique considering we never checked into this property do to a fault on the property. The receptionist stated they the ocean front were for members only, which led me to believe that there was accommodations for us but they refused to give out those rooms, they moved to a sister location
