「We had a wonderful stay at the White Sands Beach condo (WSV 222) for our son’s birthday trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Location was perfect for exploring the Big Island. Since 2020 our family has made it a tradition to visit a different Hawaiian island each year, and this has been one of our favorite stays. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything was well taken care of. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!」

「Nice location - just a couple blocks to the beach. Plenty of dining options nearby. There were a few minor issues with the plumbing - bathroom faucet, shower drain and the office was closed during the holiday weekend so we couldn't report until check out. I assume they will be resolved by maintenance right away.」

「The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. 「This studio was fabulous and so unique with its vintage decor and its record player!! It has all you need to be comfortable while at the place and to go to the beach which was an awesome treat (chairs, umbrella, beach mats, snorkeling equipment which is a most to enjoy the ocean and a cooler)!!! You get to experience the locals having fun at the beach across the street! It was perfect for us as much as Hawai’i was! 「Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. 」

「The apartment was great. The location was great. The only thing that hurt my rating on this stay is the bed. It is the worst bed I have ever slept on. There was at least a four inch dip in the middle. I would wake up every morning with my back killing me. Sleep was hard to find because it felt like I was sleeping on a slope. I Will happy change my rating to a better one if picture evidence is shown to prove they got a new bed. This place deserves a better rating then it got, but I can’t in good...
