"Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks "

"Lobby was mostly taken up by valet which was very expensive and no self park option. No comfortable lounge type area. Stayed on 19th floor of Aloha Tower overlooking Waikiki beach walk plaza. Good view of the historic pink palace. Microwave, mini fridge, bar sink but no dishware. Ample furniture and lighting. Would like if they provided coat hooks on the wall somewhere. 2 elevators was not enough, had to wait because they were often full. Hot tub was out of order. Pool was monopolized by kids. Free full breakfast was great but coffee was watery and undrinkable. 2 free cocktails nightly were good but too sweet, snacks limited (goldfish crackers, pretzels, raw zucchini..). "
