"For the price,we couldn't have asked for anything more. The bed was comfortable,the bathroom was spacious,the AC worked wonderfully and the minifridge allowed us to store cold drinks,which in the summer is a lifesaver. The room itself was nice and inviting . The staff were very nice and accommodating,and even offered help when I was sick. Everytime we asked for something they were very quick to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were being met."

"Close the basmane train station just 10 minutes walk. Rooms Okey, but may needs updating, beds in room are very hard and uncomfortable, wake up with pain. No breakfast or facilities, it is Okey for one night stop over. "

"bsolutely outstanding stay! The hotel is wonderful, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. We felt truly pampered the entire time. "Room was super clean, warm and safe. You have a really great spot in the back of the room. But the rooms don't contain jakuzi like advertised also open buffet breakfast was not present. They gave us fixed menu on tray due to few costumer count. Other than that it was satisfying."
