Ufo provided great customer service and assistance with aspects of my stay like transportation. I was able to do an early check in and laundry service was provided to me for no extra charge.

The room and bathroom were spacious. We were promised free parking and the actual parking was “find yourself parking anywhere on the street.” The A/C was not working. I had no problem sleeping with the window open, but to other travelers this may be an inconvenience.

Not sure why this place has such high reviews. Can you find a better place in Izmir for this price? Probably not—but still, my room was small and worn out, and overpriced (stayed in late August). You do avoid all the bar/club noise from near the sea, but it was hardly quiet and peaceful: it’s near a noisy and very busy highway, and there was terrible construction noise (earth shaking pounding) from the lot next door. I’ve got to hand it to the Turkish construction workers, squeezing every ounce of daylight out the workday—pound, pound, pound, shaking the earth from sunrise until it literally got dark (and it gets dark late in the summertime), no 9-to-5 workday for them! By the way, the tap water is great here!

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante 6 días, en primer la hospitalidad del recepcionista que nos recibió, ya que hemos llegado tarde. La ubicación del hotel a unos 20 minutos a pie de konak (centro histórico de Izmir). La habitación en sí, amplia, la limpieza a mejorar en detalles, la comodidad de las camas correctas y la calefacción bien.

Hayal kırıklığı oldu bizim için, çatı arasında derme çatma bir oda yaklaşık 7-8 m2, ses, ısı, ışık yalıtımı berbattı rüzgar giriyordu odaya ancak temizlik konusunda haklarını yiyemem bu konuda başarılıydı her odası bu şekilde değildir muhtemelen ama yine de bize verilen odada konaklamak bizi üzdü.
