The Helen Inn was a nice hotel to stay in for our trip to Izmir. The room was pretty quiet, although the noise of the call to prayer at 5am was still audible. Our only gripe was they didn’t offer to clean our room or refill the tea/coffee/water station after we checked in. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was clean and decently sized. Elevator to the upper floor was a blessing

The stay was amazing the hotel location excellent, the stuff was so cooperative that's we reached the hotel before check in time and they prepare the room before 4 hrs. Of checking in. Everything was clean but the problem is in the shower was so small about 75cmx75cm. That's make us so difficult to move from Side to side and sometimes kicking of tap by back or knee Also there was no site of Hanging clothes in the bathroom I hope to solve these problem thank you for understanding

I went for a last minute booking at Helen inn and I was not disappointed at all. The room was neat and tidy. The staff was friendly. They are so helpful that they helped me in getting medicine from pharmacy as well. The owner is a very good person. They are approachable and make sure that your needs are met at the best possible way. I will definitely recommend it to everyone with a family to book there. You will not disappointed

Daha odaya girer girmez temizlendi denilen odada yastık da ve örtüyü açınca yatağın içinde kıl bulmak bir otele yakışmıyor ya burda kıl var denince gorevlinin eliyle kılları toplaması ve yok abi birşey yıkandı ya orda kalmıştır demesi fena birşey. Oda fotoğraflardaki gibi değil çok kötü rutubet kalkmış duvarları var iki gün konaklayip direkt çıktım işim gereği ama iki gün bile cok iy değildi . Yorumlara bakıp öyle gittim temiz nezih güzel bir aile oteli demişler. Nezih ve ailesini bilmem ama temizlik çok kötüydü.

Otelin konumu, çalışanları ilgisi ve yardımseverliği ve en önemlisi temizliği mükemmeldi. Odadaki aynanın füme rengi, koyu renk olması ve ayna kısmında aydınlatma olmaması biz kadınlar açısından maalesef eksi puan. Ayrıca Hotels Inn uygulamasında otoparklı gösterilmesine rağmen otoparkı yoktu. Ancak bu konuda da yine de çalışanlar bizi mağdur etmedi, aracımızı güzel bir yere park etmemize yardımcı oldular.
