The location is near the train station Hilal it is very easy to catch it if you arrive to the airport just 8TRY per person rather than taking a taxi which will cost you around 160 TRY make sure to download maps.me and you will easily arrive... Mr Mehmet was very helpful explaining which places we can visit every day greeting us and taking care of our stay there... The best thing you can do is pay for the card which will allow you to go everywhere including Ferry to Bostanli etc... It's walkable distance to the sea . Housekeeping was fast in our request the breakfast was nice and the cooker was giving us fresh warm bread every morning with a smile.

Appartement bien situé près du Kultur Park. Le personnel de l'accueil est très chaleureux et bienveillant. L'appartement que nous avons eu était fonctionnel mais manquait de certains équipements et avait quelques défauts. Rien de grave, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

The front desk staff members were very kind and professional. On the day of my arrival, I was welcomed by my name as they were waiting for me. Ms.Merve was exceptionally professional with accommodation services and in our conversations. They have elevator as a convenience and they have great kitchen items available for use during your stay. I stayed at a studio unit on my first trip. I would appreciate it if the lighting could be improved in the bathroom area.

Gittiğimiz andan çıkışımıza kadar her şeyle özenle ilgilendiler. Bir şey istediğiniz zaman kısa sürede yapılıyor ve çalışanlar da gayet güler yüzlü. Kaldığımız oda da geniş ve konforluydu. Sabah kahvaltısı çok seçenekli bir kahvaltı istemeyen bireylere göre doyurucu ve yeterli. Kaloriferler çalışmıyordu ama onun için de odalara klima yerleştirilmiş ve ısınmak için yeterli. Eğer lüks bi yer aramıyorsanız ve ulaşım araçlarına yakın bir mekan istiyorsanız burayı rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otel iletişim ve ilgi anlamında güzel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü çözüm odaklı, Fiyat ve Performans açısından beklentinin altında. Kişilerin ilgisi alakası güler yüzü olmasa bu oteli tercih etmem. Tercih etmememin tek sebebi var, otel çok bakımsız kalmış, odalar herşey eskimiş resimleri güncel değil şuanki hali kesinlikle bakım gerektiriyor bu şekilde ne kadar temizlik yapsanızda bunu gelen insanlar asla hijyen olarak bulmayacaktır, benim önerim otelin bir önce revize edilip boyanmalı banyoların yenilenmesi gerekli. Mutfakta yemek yapamazsınız ocak vs yok aspiratör yok kahve vs hazırlaya bilirsiniz. Eskimiş olması sebebi ile mobilyalar duvar boyaları ve fayanslar çok kötü olmuş, yenilenir ise burası harika bir yer olur bu güzel insanlar ile.

First they denied reservation. Then asked extra fee for holiday season. No car park. Poor rooms. We picked up another hotel of 4-star for less fee. We didnot stay at Su hotel.

Didnot stay at this hotel!

First, They denied reservation. Then asked doubled price for holiday season. The rooms they offered were outdated. No car park except the street! The hotel is located in the middle of low standard housing district. We selected another hotel in a decent district, 4-star, for half the price Su asked for!
