The staff was friendly and the check in process smooth. The train station is right across the street but there is no noise from the trains. All the shopping you'd want is attached to the train station shopping center. The trams are also right next to the hotel if you want to go on the Sakurajima Ferry. The bed was comfortable and the view really nice from the 12th floor.

American tourist - Nice room very close to Kagoshima station. Typical small room & bath area compared to US hotels but this is efficient. Room had english BBC tv station which was nice to keep up on news. WIFI was good.

Amazing location, close to the Shinkansen station. Bed & room were exactly what I needed. Check out extension option was nice after a late night out. Lobby smelled amazing with lavender diffuser.

Staff is very helpful, 5 mins walk to Miyazaki station, bus terminal, easy to get around to attractions. However I have to kill 4 small food flies in the bathroom and the sink seems haven’t been cleaned for a while. In general it’s reasonable price for the location.

鹿児島駅から近いので選びましたけど、横断歩道を渡るのは誤算でした。入り口の階段もキャリーがあるとちょっと面倒。昨年泊まったちょっと遠い方が便利だったかも。 それ以外はアパホテルのアメニティや設備、お水など快適に過ごせました。
