「Front desk staffer, Blondie (hair, not actual name), was less than friendly from check-in to check-out and every encounter in between. Breakfast staffer, William was super friendly and helpful! Very attentive to adults and especially kids. The food was good. But even if the food had not been good, William made the entire experience pleasant.」

「Hallways were. Room floors icky and moist. Cleaning crew left ALL their carts in the hallway and the mops and brooms hanging out . They did not acknowledge me when I asked questions.. Was NOT greeted as a rewards member. Pool was not clear. Garbage can in front of the door. Foul odors.」
