「Thisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening...

「Very clean and quiet place! The people who work at this hotel are nice and kind! We were very pleased to stay in this place! Just one piece of advice- be prepared to look for a parking space if you stay in town after 10-11 pm. The parking lot will be full.」
