"As a U.S. citizen and non-Japanese speaker, it was difficult to fully communicate with the desk staff in spite of the hotel advertizing as having English speakers. Thank goodness for Google translate! My room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The location is also excellent: just steps away from access to the Sapporo subway system; a short walk to Odori Park and a very short walk to a massive mall."

"Right beside Tanukikoji facing the main street. Nicely designed hotel, space just enough for moving around and opening luggages. Lighting is really 'bespoke', minimalist with a touch of retro fittings. I stayed only 1 night just for the Sapporo winter festival, and glad I choosed this hotel."
