「Staff was really helpful and accommodating. Room could have been cleaner as there was some kind of dust on the toilet cover that made me wonder how clean the rest of the areas were. 」

「Staff in all levels has high standards so their service is excellent, the hotel is clean, very well organized even though had a lot of traffic (events going on) it never felt crowded. They provide plenty of room for guests. Excellent location to walk in La Gran Via and neighbors malls. The area is very safe.」

「The place was very cute, comfy, and clean. The first night I got there the internet went out and you couldn’t watch tv but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The AC was blowing a bit weak but overall it kept the room cool. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my stay. 」

「The room is very clean, the front desk girl Sarah (i hope i remembered her name correctly) is very helpful. During my stay i was sick she help me to find hospital for treatments. 」

「I've stayed at this boutique hotel three times. Staying here it's always a great experience..rooms are a comfortable size, they include a mini fridge..some rooms even have a great view of a nearby mountain. A hot tasty breakfast is included. And the hotel staff are always very friendly and professional. 」
