「The property is very clean, spacious and the staff very friendly. There is a caffè /restaurant and a mini market in the building. A car is needed to get to the city centre. 」

「Love love this place The minute you walk in every one is so welcoming and polite . Room was perfect and the bed was too comfortable slept like a baby」

「Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Ibn Batouta in Tangier! From the moment we arrived very late at night, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. The check-in process was quick and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was perfect — spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The shower was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection with really good quality food and amenities throughout the hotel. A huge special thank you to...

「Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it, especially for families. From the very first night, we felt misled. Due to our delayed flight, we arrived late and were told that the rooms we had originally booked had been given to other guests. We were promised our correct rooms the following morning, but after repeatedly asking for three days, nothing was resolved. Instead, we were offered alternative rooms and told we had to pay an additional...

「It is not even in the city! Could not walk anywhere, had to use transportation. Black mold in the shower curtain. Peeling and chipped paint. Housekeeping takes several trips. Instead of doing it all when first arrive, they do part, leave and return throughout the day to finish. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is excellent! Property has much deferred maintenance.」

「It’s really great place to stay. The hotel is out of town but great view to enjoy the sunset, and have a great restaurant near that..... 」

「Séjour agréable, trés bel établissement, personnel très serviable vue magnifique..」

「We had a very disturbing and uncomfortable experience during our stay. At around 1:00 AM, while my family and I were in the bedroom preparing to sleep, I suddenly opened the window and was shocked to find an elderly man standing outside, apparently looking through our bedroom window and listening to us. We were extremely frightened and felt that our privacy had been seriously violated. When he realized that I had seen him, he pretended that he was simply pouring water on the grass. I...

「Hotel is lovely, great quiet location but a mall and carrefour in a 10 min walk. And 2 min walk is a shop, bakery and cashpoint. Staff all friendly and helpful, Room cleaned everyday comfy bed couldn’t fault it, yes they have live music in evenings until late but with balcony door closed no disturbance if you really didn’t want to hear a thing but even with door open it wasn’t loud and it’s great for an evening to go and listen to it and have a drink , room was all lovely yes bathroom could do...

「新式酒店，清潔，寧靜，寬敞，很好的入住體驗。」

「Beautiful place super clean」

「The staff we’re incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I had a wonderful dinner at Parisa and an amazing massage in their spa. I highly recommend this property!」

「服务有时比较慢，打包卫生要到晚上才来，另外13楼的游泳池一直很凉，原来三四月份去过认为这次6月份会热起来，到还是很凉」

「Everything clean. Nice staff, helpfull Room great, comfortable, spacious」
