Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. 」

「Zoco Riad was a wonderful experience! We requested and they arranged for airport pick up, and drop off which was nice to not have to worry about. It was worth paying extra. The staff hospitality is absolutely fantastic. They are always checking if you need anything. They feed you upon arrival. Breakfast was great and free Friday night dinner! They also help you to arrange tours. The building is so well decorated and very authentically Moroccan. The price is reasonable. We would stay again!」

「So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,...

À notre arrivée, il y avait un problème avec notre réservation, pourtant nous avions confirmé la veille. Les gens ont vraiment essayé de trouver une solution convenable pour nous. 「Absolutely horrible! This is the worst room we have booked in the last 20 years. I have traveled to more than 70 countries around the world and this is by far one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in! BEWARE! The location is terrible - in the middle of a dead area in Tangier and you have to go up either a tons of steps or down a tons of steps. You cannot get a taxi to your room, you will need to climb up or down many stairs. We waited outside of the place for 45 minutes for someone to show...

「Do not waste your time and money here. An awful establishment! The water pressure is very low. I could not take a shower. I could barely brush my teeth. No air-conditioning!! No elevator, a lot of stairs. If this hotel would’ve been in North America. It would’ve been shut down for so many reasons. Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!」
