"Hello. There was hot water running in the room, but the temperature was so cool that taking a shower was impossible. The sofa in the room looked very worn out, and the entrance door wouldn't close unless you gave it a good slam. There was no water in the fountains on the grounds—they are currently out of order—and the screen door leading out to the loggia was difficult to slide. However, the staff did an excellent job; they are a great team."

Pros: • private patio with a fire pit and two chairs • an outdoor mattress that can be used for stargazing • comfortable bed • amazing pour over coffee provided in the room • high quality toiletries provided Cons: • no iron/ironing board provided in the room • the floor was mildly dirty upon arrival • the door was really hard to close, had to use plenty of force • I think some covers need to be provided for the outdoor mattress because it was pretty dusty Some things to consider: • moonlit patio room is half of a shipping container so expect a very small room • expect to disconnect from technology as this room did not have a television, which I liked"

"Check in was a super easy and simple process even though the lobby was full of travelers when I got there. The rooms are lovely, clean, new feeling and I slept well. All you can ask for. Great experience, best low key spot in Yucca Valley. Plenty of parking, nice staff, and AC blew consistent and cool all evening."
