「Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.」

「I absolutely loved my stay at Rewind in Des Moines and would definitely stay here again! We stayed Friday through Monday, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. 「The shower was broken in room 247. I didn’t have time in the morning when I discovered it was broken to get it fixed.」
