「Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.」

「Very nice hotel in a convenient location for a developing suburb. Could have been a bit cleaner. TV out of order upon arrival but quickly addressed although the TV was rehung a little crooked after reset. Shower was a bit weak, normal for all newer properties, but bathroom sink and vanity were very tall. Odd, I'm average height, 5'9" and I had to stand on toes to reach everything. For wife, 4'11", almost unusable. Breakfast was hot and fresh, decent selection, but same both days. Out of state...

「I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet. Needless to say, my first luxury was dropping my luggage in the waiting rack and climbing in to the hot shower which had shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser readily available, a very welcome option following the past...

The location couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. 「The shower was broken in room 247. I didn’t have time in the morning when I discovered it was broken to get it fixed.」

「Clean room, not enough towels or trashcan. Bets were comfortable enough but mattress would slide all over the base. No breakfast at all, Ice machine didn't work, pool was closed.」
