「Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26.」

「Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.」

「I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet. Needless to say, my first luxury was dropping my luggage in the waiting rack and climbing in to the hot shower which had shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser readily available, a very welcome option following the past...

The location couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. 「Very nice hotel in a convenient location for a developing suburb. Could have been a bit cleaner. TV out of order upon arrival but quickly addressed although the TV was rehung a little crooked after reset. Shower was a bit weak, normal for all newer properties, but bathroom sink and vanity were very tall. Odd, I'm average height, 5'9" and I had to stand on toes to reach everything.
