"The staff are very nice but the lobby is very small so when they have large groups checking in all at once, they really should pre check them with one person or take them to a separate area. The entire tiny lobby was crowded with no room to get to the elevators or for anyone else to check in. I waited over 45 minutes even though I had checked in on my phone prior to arrival.
