"Half the staff was friendly, half was not. Property is a bit run down but seems fairly clean. People had trouble with the elevators but we left at non busy times and did not. Area is central NYC near transport and food. Its not a luxury hotel but its in Manhattan and cheap compared to most. Especially bc it has a kitchen its definitely good value for the money. I recommend it for value not vibes. "

"The staff was excellent! Jahaida and Latoya made the stay extraordinary! The hotel’s location for seeing plays couldn’t be better- literally within 100s of feet to almost all of the Broadway plays. "

"Nice hotel; courteous & knowledgeable staff. Yummy cookies at check-in & anytime requested. Two Q beds very comfortable; Room smaller than expected & somewhat crowded with luggage for two females. Many places nearby for coffee, bagels, muffins, pizza, etc. Not as near to sites we planned to see, at least for an 82 y/o who has difficulty walking. However, I was able to walk at a slow pace and we took subway, taxi, and Uber when needed. Saw Hadestown - fantastic musical. Also saw Six, another good musical. Great trip. "

"The location was great. The bedding was old and falling apart, mold in the window, shower door did not close and used tissue on the floor when we arrived and the next day after the room was “cleaned”. "
