Poor service since the Chinese lady cannot communicate well in English or malay. I book for non smoking room yet she gave me the smoking room. And i ask to change the room and they refused. Will not recommended for others to stay.

Nonsense hotel rule

The hotel imposed nonsense rules, they deducted our deposit because we were late check out for 2 min - 12.32 pm instead of 12.30pm. We tried to call and inform reception earlier but the phone doesnt work. They also DIDNT inform this prior to our check in or didnt call the room phone that they will deduct the deposit for late check out. The sound proof is also horrible, you can hear people talk in the next room.

Recommended!

Location of the hotel is rather deserted but this small establishment provides the best HD TV image. The wifi signal is strong but connection is unstable and is often disconnected between calls. Could have improved by providing complimentary for lazy bones who wanna laze abit more.
