An excellent hotel for a short getaway in JB. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Location is just a stone's throw from CIQ. Highly recommended.

The stay was good overall. enjoyed the breakfast buffet on both days. only feedback is the scramble eggs on day 2 tasted weird, it was slightly sweet and felt somewhat stale

Wish it has covered connection from the hotel directly to City Square Mall. Now is only connected to Komptar mall.

During this stay, the front office staff by the name of Vijay was too quick to point out that the room I booked did not come with breakfast when it was clearly stated in my reservation that it came with breakfast. Needless to say this caused unnecessary stress on my part as I had to offer to pay for it. He later went on to say something quite unclear about the front office people who will call me to confirm. However, eventually nobody called to confirm anything and we went for breakfast the next day without any issue. I was honestly upset.

The hotel was comfortable, receptionist Vijay was delightful and the variety of the breakfast buffet was good. I only gave 4 stars for the property condition as there was a malfunctioning blind (washroom) in my room. But otherwise, the room was in immaculate condition.

Room are clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast should be have more variety. Only unhappy for late checkout only given 30mins. After appealing given till 1pm. When I mentioned I was member of IHG and I was told booking thru Expedia will not given long extension.

Great location inside JBCC and right beside City Square with many restaurants and shopping. Like the family suite that comes with bathtub and separate shower cubicle. Would be great if Nespresso coffee capsule machine is provided for suite room. The infinity pool can be cold due to strong wind at the top of the hotel and the pool is rather dirty, can see debris settling at the bottom. Overall still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located. Right beside JBCC, next to JB CIQ. Lots of eateries nearby. The king size bed was really comfortable.

Great rooms and good location of coming from CIQ
Stayed here on Christmas Eve till boxing day. Very good condition rooms and good location for those coming from the CIQ. Pretty good service too. I made 2 back to back bookings without knowing that they are for different types of room. This meant that I had to check out and wait till late afternoon to check in again. The hotel staff helpfully arranged for me to check into my second room early the next morning and this allowed me and my family to continue with our plans with ease. My only gripe is with the parking. You have to loop round and round to the top floor of the shopping center to get to the hotel. Maybe it is just a bad idea to drive to this particular location.
