「The room too tiny.」

「We had a room in the basement. They were dealing with flooding issues, which left a strong mold/mildew scent. But you would see staff actively cleaning throughout the day to deal with the mess. Kids loved the pool however the switch for the jets to the hot tub only worked if someone stood there and held down the button. The breakfast was great. The pancakes were a hit with the kids. I'd give them a second chance because you could see staff cleaning constantly to get the flooding damages fixed.」

「I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. Also, the exterior of the hotel...
