"The hotel itself was clean but our room wasn’t very. Stray hairs in the tub, sink, bathroom floor, a hair on the sheets. The manager said he’d do something but didn’t. He was nice but it’s also disappointing. There was also a system issue at check in that delayed our plans by 45 minutes. I understand it’s not the staffs fault but some sort of compensation would have been nice since the room was $400 for a night. We didn’t use the pool but it looked alright."

"This hotel is disgusting and I’d never recommend anyone stay here. It shouldn't even cost more than $40 a night. When I arrived, i was told about a $200 hold for the place for incidentals payable by card only. The parking lot had a whole bunch of pigeons who completely defected all over my car. The staff were constantly on their phones whenever you’d go to the front desk and you’d have to yell hello before they’d acknowledge you. The hallway leading to the elevator smelled like a baby diaper with poo in it and the elevator smelled like eggs and poo all day and night. The room itself had a broken chair, the linens were dirty and the bathroom had tile missing and the caulking was coming off around the tubs. The bed was squeaky and the walls were so thin we heard conversations all night and morning. 1000% would NOT recommend. There is no way on earth this should be more than $40 a night and I paid over $150. Complete trash. And the supposed “free breakfast” was microwaveable sandwiches we didn't even get to eat because their were none left upon checkout. This place is trash and needs to be vetted by Toronto public health."

"Room was missing lots of essentials such as had soap, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. The people at the front desk weren’t welcoming and even when I placed an uber eat delivery they made me come downstairs and bring it myself, they wouldn’t bring it to my room. Not worth the price at all and will not be coming again."

"We were attending a concert at Roger’s Stadium so we chose proximity over great accommodations. The hotel was fine for our needs (ie. a safe place to sleep), but the hotel itself was meh. We came by train and walked on foot to the hotel. The entrance is not very clear or welcoming and the actual front desk is up on the second floor. The front desk person was pleasant enough no details given except for what we asked (continental breakfast location) We opted for the “run of the house” and received a street facing suite with a sitting area and tiny tv, bar fridge, microwave and keurig. The shower pressure was nice, but the bathroom could definitely use a good scrub. There was a queen size bed in the bedroom area and another tiny tv. The room was on the warmer side when we arrived but cooled down by the time we arrived back to sleep. The bed was comfortable enough, we were given three pillows and one “decorative” cushion. The plug outlets were loose and did not hold our chargers securely but there were other outlets available in the sitting room. I did not notice any other noise from other guests. Lastly we departed for our train the following morning and stopped by the 2nd floor for a bite to eat before we went. (The keurig coffee was awful) Breakfast options were cereal, cheap pastries/toast and apples and overrripe bananas. Some sort of protein would have been nice. HB eggs, yogurt?? Overall, perfect location for Roger’s Stadium, just don’t expect bells and whistles."
