「The apartment was fantastic! It's well-located on a quiet street in a central location with easy access to public transport. The management was very responsive and we were able to check in a little early and get extra supplies midway through our stay. The building is beauiful and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The AC worked very well, which was much appreciated with temperatures near 30C.」

「We only got to stay 1 night, but it was a great experience. It was a little confusing at first because we did not receive a confirmation number from hotels.com to start the Urban Jungle (UJ) check in process. However, once we received our UJ confirmation code, we were able to fill out the check in forms, get an access code, and it was straightforward to enter the building. 「Great facilities- quiet area. Close to tram and bus stops. Lovely staff. Good range of food options for breakfast. Would have liked water in the room. Also suggest a vending machine or something for drinks and snacks as there’s nothing open nearby and when you arrive late as I did no way of getting anything to eat or drink. 」
