"The staff are very kind. It is clean and the surrounding facilities are very good. However, women in their 40s working in the morning tend to discriminate against foreigners. It makes overbearing remarks and actions to foreigners. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel."

"The meals were fabulous - beautifully prepared and delicious. This is a well maintained older traditional Japanese styled hotel with an excellent view of Lake Biwa and walking distance to Hikone Castle. "

"キレイな部屋でした。 1階のレンタカー屋と一緒のチェクインカウンター、2階がチェックアウトカウンターなので注意です。泊まった部屋はベッドサイドにコンセントが無かったので寝そべりながらスマホいじりは出来ません。予約の際に喫煙、禁煙の記述が無かったので問い合わせたら予約は喫煙部屋だが禁煙部屋が空いているので変更可能とのことで変更してもらえました。2階に懐かしのマンガがズラリと並んでいたので、部屋に閉じこもって読み耽るのも良いかも？"
