"Title of review: "Worst Western." This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in my life. First, the AC in our room was broken, and it was 80 degrees in the room. Second, the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Third, there was no shower curtain. Fourth, the drawer to the bed side table would not stay closed. Fifth, there was no "do not disturb" tag to hang on the door. Sixth, the wifi in the room didn't work. Seventh, the elevator didn't work (our room was on the 3rd floor). Eighth, in the breakfast area there was a nice-looking yogurt machine, but it didn’t work (of course!). Ninth, to top it all off, when I went up to the room after breakfast, the sounds of a man retching loudly over and over again reverberated through the corridor and were clearly audible in the room. In short: a horrible experience. "

"Floor appeared clean but the room was in disrepair and not in good shape. We didn’t want to touch anything. There were no stoppers in the sinks or shower. The bathroom door had a wad of tissue stuck in the space for the door to lock or close. The refrigerator was disgusting. "
