「Had rented 2 rooms to be adjoining. The first one the fridge had not been cleaned out and the odor was strong. I called front desk asking to switch rooms. Was told to go to lobby to switch rooms. They already had my new room keys ready. All good」

「The resort was super nice. I proposed to my fiancé there. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was I was told they would switch my room to a better room with a view when we got to this room it was smaller and the view was okay. They did resolve the issue though when I called letting them know I wasn’t comfortable in the room once they switch the room I actually paid for was perfect and way better view even though it was on a lower floor.
