"We were given the wheel chair accessible room which was fine for one night. Worst shower ever, the overhead shower was positioned too close to the far wall and we could not stop the water from going out the wheel chair accessible entrance. I feel bad for the actual wheel chair visitors. We also asked for two glasses in our room and it took at least an hour and a half to receive glasses. We were given money off because we notified the staff the next morning. Other than that we enjoyed the trails and the food in the restaurants."
