「Everyone in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location to old town was the best. My only complaint the whole stay was with the parking. Definitely not parking friendly. I had to park across the street and walk across what seemed to be a main thoroughfare. Very dangerous since my health doesn’t allow me the ability to move too fast. 「Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining.」

After being bitten several times on first night, at breakfast, I showed evidence of ants, red and black bugs on a napkin. Assured Me that room was gonna be cleaned, it wasn't done by nighttime.
