"The Excalibur is a great hotel. The only problem I had was the check in process. Everything is automated with check in and after you check in you do not receive any information regarding the amenities. I did not know hours or location of the pool or the gym. I did not know the check out time. I am sure it makes the check in time go faster however it definitely takes away from the personal experience."
"I was very disappointed in Planet Hollywood. They have a resort fee but you get nothing for it. They didn't even provide 2 complimentary bottle waters in the room. As well as frig was completely empty, also nothing on the table top, so no option to purchase from the mini bar. We called down and they told us to use the vending machine that didn't work. When I went to the front desk, he was unsympathetic and said their policy is to have nothing in the room."
