"The rooms are looking a bit dated now and would benefit from a refurbishment. Thick dust on the light shades and the towels are wearing thin. Disappointed that I stayed over a week and my sheets didn't get changed in that time too. The housekeeping also threw my personal shower gel and cloth out so had to buy some more but the Manager did reimburse me for these."
