「The hotel and staff are lovely, but my stay was ruined by the noise and vibration coming from the nightclub in the hotel which reverberated around the building until 4am, keeping me awake for most of the night, despite changing rooms. I complained about the noise but the night staff could do nothing to stop it ir get it turned down. This happened every night.」

We were unexpectedly asked to leave with no prior communication or proper explanation, and the manager, Ankit Sharma, showed very little courtesy or support, even though we were stranded during a very difficult situation. Another major issue was regarding the extension of our stay and sudden rule changes. We tried to discuss extending our booking, but there was no clear communication from the hotel...

「Were Upgraded with our room overlooking the lagoon . Spotlessly clean. All the staff so friendly. Food excellent. Restaurants and drinks great. Only criticism was the main pool needed some attention many loose tiles. But the new adult pool was really good.」

「The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms」
