The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms

Cold swimming pool

The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning

My daughter feelings

Jannah place, one of the best place that i ever booked, rooms are well cleaned and nicely smells, operation team very helpful, private pool is very good , i cant give more coment , but i will share my daughter feedback: We had an amazing and most brilliant and wonderful time in Janna palace it was so fun to have anew experience in a new place i like it because we had our own pool and it was just amazing.

جميل جدا الا المسبح

بصراحه الفلل روعة والنظافة لكن هناك مشكلة كبيرة وهي المسبح لايوجد به ماء حار الماء باااارد جدا والاطفال لم يستمتعوا في هذا الشي يرجى حل هذه المشكلة
