Cottages in Jasper County

We had a problem with a very noisy air conditioner. The staff could not have been more accommodating in moving us to another room for our next night. We reserved three rooms for two nights, and all of us had good experiences at Holiday Inn Express, Madison, GA. Excellent breakfasts, and great pillows! Very nice renovation of an older hotel.

The place was very clean, modern looking yet very cozy and pleasant. I did not have a chance to try breakfast there, but the coffee was very good, and pastries next to it fresh and yummy. The whole place looked like it was either brand new or just renovated.

Very good hotel close to 75, with delightful historic downtown minutes away.

Was surprised by the size and quality. Food was excellent. Very friendly staff. Will book there when we are in the area.

Hotel was awesome. Clean and staff friendly. Only thing was online it appeared that the room would have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but only had 2 queens. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I blame hotels.com for not being clear about what was in the room.

The location was great and the quality of the entire experience was amazing

Easy in and out for family passing through town

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The moment I walked through the front doors I could smell the cleanliness. I knew I wasn’t going to have any issues with my room immediately. Upon opening room door it was clean and smelled like the rest of the hotel. I will be staying again.

Very clean and very nice people working there. I would recommend this hotel for anyone’s stay

the accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. I was out of the room most of the time. Breakfast was great as well.

Great place to stay Very close to downtown Madison

Loved how new and clean the property felt. Staff was very friendly. Quenterica checked us in and did an awesome job explaining everything and accommodating us to switch rooms last minute!

More than nice for the price, quiet, spacious and easily accessible to the highway and other restaurants.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. We have never stayed at a Candlewood Suites, but we will definitely stay at them from now on. Thank you

Great

We stay here a lot on trips from Florida to North Carolina. As are most Tru hotels, it's new, clean and well-maintained. I like that the rooms have composite, not carpeted floors. They're much cleaner. Plus, they let me park the motorcycle right out front.

Very clean and comfortable. The room door stuck, and the locks on the bathrooms did not work. This did not deter from our stay, but it might for someone else.
